Value Added Services Summary
Customized Data Deliverables
Continental has developed a stand-alone PC program that permits
our clients to search, index and report the data in a variety
of formats to fit their unique requirements. Some of the features
of the program are discussed below.
Continental’s custom data delivery program contains
separate databases for sample data, LCS data, MS/MSD data,
surrogate data and method blank data and analytical limits
as required by various regulations. With this program, the
databases can be sorted on any field, such as sample description
or test name. Conditional expressions can also be applied
to limit the information displayed. For example, a conditional
expression can be applied that will only display Arsenic data
with a result that exceeds 5.0 mg/L. In addition, the program
can instantly display all of the QA/QC data for the selected
test to confirm the results are within the control limits.
The sorted reports can be directed to the screen, a printer,
a database file, an ASCII file or exported into a variety
of application software, including Excel and the EPA GRITS
groundwater program. Sorted reports can be imported into spreadsheet
programs or compared to State or Federal action levels with
the integrated limits comparison report function. Electronic
data deliverables are offered at no additional charge.
Quality Control Reports
Continental offers quality control reports with the analytical
data package at no additional cost to the client. These reports
include Matrix Spike/Matrix Spike Duplicates, Laboratory Control
Sample, Surrogate, and Method Blank data. Click here to view

CD Based Data Compilation
And Storage
Continental can provide your data in CD format as well. This
is especially helpful for large projects or for compiled data
over an extended period of time. There may be a small fee
for this service. Contact a Continental Project Manager for
more information.
Additional Services
Continental offers sample pickup services from the following
areas (and points in between) in Kansas, depending upon courier
availability: Wichita, Newton, McPherson, Salina, Abilene,
Junction City and Abilene. Additional charges may apply.
Continental provides properly preserved sample bottles and
containers at no additional charge. Bottle labels and chain-of-custody
forms preprinted with project specific information can also
be provided, upon request, at no charge.
Analytical reports can be faxed or e-mailed to client at no
additional charge. There is also no extra charge for additional
copies of reports or for sending the reports to more than
one person.
